As a Maintenance Supervisor in our
Toledo, Ohio location, you are a member of PNC's Realty Services organization of more than 1000 professionals. As a Maintenance Supervisor you will manage day-to-day maintenance operations including scheduling, work order verification, problem resolution, training and hiring of outside contractors. You will complete maintenance work orders including complicated repairs to ligting, plumbing, HVAC and furniture/equipment. You will develop and implement a preventive maintenance program from assigned locations and ensure that environmental problems are identified and resolved per PNC environmental policy. In this role, will work with Property Administrators to track user complaints and develop strategies to identify and correct recurring problems. You will maintain overall records of work assignment, resolution of problems and repair/maintenance expenditures and ensure that cost of materials and charged to the appropriate cost centers. 
Required Skills:
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- High school diploma. Trade school certification preferred.
- Five years experience as maintenance technician or operating engineer.
- Familiarity with lighting, plumbing, HVAC and routine maintenance/repair activities.
- Must have basic knowledge of environmental issues.
- Supervisory skills, demonstrated communication skills, judgment, problem solving and organizing abilities.
- Must be manually dexterous and have the ability to work with a variety of tools and equipment.
- Must have PC experience.
