Job Description
The Client Advisor serves as the primary new business generator, spending a majority of his/her time in the market selling. The Client Advisor acts as the primary liaison between PCG and internal referral sources as well as external COIs. Additionally, the Client Advisor acts as the relationship quarterback for the Client Management Team, and is responsible for coordinating and directing sales activity within the team. The Client Advisor has overall responsibility and accountability for banking, IM&T and brokerage revenue growth and client retention. Client Advisors will be an expert in at least one of the disciplines, but will have sufficient competence in all disciplines so they are able to identify opportunities and lever the appropriate expertise from the Client Management Team.
Qualifications The Client Advisor will have demonstrated proficiency in each of the following five competencies: Sales Generator Trusted Advisor Relationship Quarterback Customer Champion Expert in the Business
