Are you a Signal Processing Engineer looking for a better opportunity? Do you have at least 5-years experience with signal processing and algorithm implementation? If so. Read On!

In this position, located in either Arlington, VA or Dayton, OH, you'll be involved in the research, development and implementation of radar signal processing algorithms for imaging, change detection, tracking, and classifying objects of interest. The work will include hands-on design, development, experimentation and testing of exploitation algorithms, for synthetic aperture radars, and also involves efficient implementation of developed algorithms on appropriate multi-core CPU and GPU processors.

The position may also provide experience with hands-on integration and operation of GPS-instrumented sensor systems.

Bottom line: We need someone with a combination of electromagnetics, plus signal processing, plus statistical pattern recognition/machine learning background who can implement their own stuff and direct others to turn the crank.

What you need for this position:

* Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science or related major (Masters is preferred)
* At least 5-years experience developing and implementing scientific signal processing algorithms for 1D and 2D signals
* Robust experience with a combination of electromagnetics, signal processing, and statistical pattern recognition/machine learning
* Basic understanding of and interest in radar scattering and radar signal processing
* Proficiency in Matlab, C/C++, Python, Perl, or equivalent programming and Scripting languages
* Experience and interest in efficient implementation of algorithms on processors, such as multi-core CPU and GPU processors
* Must have, or be eligible to receive, a U.S. Security Clearance

A big plus:

* Theoretical and statistical understanding of radar signal processing algorithms for imaging, change detection, target detection, tracking and object of interest classification

What's in it for you:

* Very competitive salary (commensurate with experience)
* A very rich benefits package
* Stable environment (very low turnover)
* Exciting industry with growth potential
* Dayton, OH or Arlington, VA location

So, if you're a Signal Processing Engineer looking for a better opportunity, and you meet all the requirements listed above. Please Apply Today! - JT-SPAIEng-OH - , , , , , CyberCoders CyberScientific
