Job Description

In this role, you will be a member of multi-discipline project design teams. Responsibilities include developing computations, drawings, and specifications for projects, technical report writing, and providing service directly to internal and external clients. The skills, experience, and knowledge required to be considered for this position include (items are required unless noted otherwise):

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical engineering design for industrial commercial, institutional, or governmental projects of varying size and complexity
• Excellent analytical and design skills
• Experience in using/interpreting applicable building and fire codes is preferred
• Design experience in power systems, lighting systems, or building low voltage systems
• Must be working toward and able to achieve PE licensure if don't already have it
• Strong communication skills, ability to learn electrical aspects of design projects with minimal guidance, and team orientation
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Microstation
• Experience with BIM is a strong plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
