Job Description
The intern will work with corporate community interviewing benefit decisionmakers. Goal 1: To find companies that are not happy with current broker's services, both through research and phone calls. Goal 2: To uncover new employee benefit needs.
Job requirements: Must have a great attitude, great phone ettiquette and great interviewing skills. Should also be outgoing, not afraid of rejection and very even-tempered. We will consider 2 candidates. There will be a training program. We seek a 3rd or 4th year student with a minimum 2.5 GPA.
Course credit may be available with possible bonus dollars and potential hourly rate. Potential for eventual full-time hire depending upon performance and need.
